Personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") is collected when you fill in a form inquiry or register for a class/workshop. This information is used to respond to your inquiries via email, prepare invoices, and/or process your registration so that I may provide you with your requested class services. Personal information includes your name, email, phone number, and other information submitted via the inquiry and/or registration forms. Class payments will be processed through secure e-transfers or EFTs (unless otherwise agreed upon), so I will not be collecting or storing your banking information.
My website's host may occasionally collect non-identifying information about how you use my website (such as which pages you visit and the duration of each visit). This data will only be used to improve my website so that I am able to provide you with a better customer experience while visiting my website.
Your personal information will never be shared with any third-party service providers, and I verify that appropriate security measures are used (i.e. secure databases, password-protected documentation) to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure.
While I will take all of the steps possible to protect your personal information during transmission and storage, I cannot be responsible for unexpected security breaches that email, website, and server hosts may encounter as nothing on the Internet is ever fully secure or error free.
